Experienced Founder/CEO and Sr. Manager, Product Management with 8+ years leading product teams and business growth. Successfully sold his first company (Kilter, Inc.) to Blackbaud, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLKB) in 2022. Since joining Blackbaud, Seth has led cross-functional product teams responsible for 600+ enterprise and down market customers representing $30mm+ in revenue for the business. Seth’s expertise lies in the visionary and innovation cross-section of product between the customer and internal development teams.

Seth has a unique ability to both excite the market and excite internal teams, while specifically focusing on core business KPIs. Seth has years of experience in executive level communication, business development strategies across B2B and B2C product positions.

Seth's leadership and innovative vision was the core component to Kilter's path to a successful exit. He has a unique set of skills that any company would be fortunate to have on their side. Most of all, he is energetic, passionate, adaptable, and a joy to work with.

I live in Manlius, New York with my wife Rachael and dog, Otto. I grew up in Manlius where my wife and I both attended the same high school. Although we were not close growing up, Rachael and I reconnected on Thanksgiving Eve in 2019. At the time, I was living in Madison, Wisconsin and Rachael in New York City. When COVID hit, we both came home and shortly after started dating. We married in September, 2023, bought a house, and recently got our Fox Red Lab puppy, Otto. In my free time, I love playing golf, training the dog with Rachael, working out at the gym, running, yoga, and reading.
